Classes incorporate singing, movement and rhythm instruments as well as basic music theory in our weekly gatherings.
UPDATE!
Our busy group of 4-8 year olds in children’s choir is looking forward to singing at the 10:30 service on June 3. We are practicing 2 songs about prayer and raising our voices and hands in praise. Recently in class we have learned about string instruments and even played a small violin and guitar. Our older students, ages 8-13, will join with the adult choir on May 27 and sing “In Christ Alone.” What an opportunity for the children to use their vocal training along with our adults. We meet on Wednesday in classroom 1. Please contact Lynne Oliverius if there is someone you would like her to contact. All members are welcome to come and observe class at any time.
